Barry KnepperBARRY KNEPPER, CPA, is the President and founder of CFO Business Solutions, which provides the guidance of a chief financial officer on a part time basis. Many businesses only need the skills of a CFO for a few days per month; therefore, a full time CFO or controller is not cost effective.  Our clients include growing companies that don't have the resources to hire a full time chief financial officer, companies with financial and/or operational issues and established companies in which the owner wants to dedicate more time to growing the business. Barry has over thirty five years of experience as a CFO and with the international public accounting firm, Ernst and Young.

Mr. Knepper has raised over $100 million in financing and while serving as the CFO of a public company, arranged for the first ever Industrial Development Bond to be issued by the City of Los Angeles.

Mr. Knepper's turnaround experience includes having served as the CFO of a company that specialized in acquiring and resuscitating troubled companies and as the CFO of a public company that went through a financial restructuring.

Mr. Knepper has significant experience in the franchise and restaurant fields having served as a CFO on both a full time and part time basis for franchisors in the food service business and through the performance of royalty audits for franchisors. As a CPA, he also performs financial statement audits for franchisors.

Additional areas of expertise include cash management and budgeting, insurance and risk management, employee benefit plans, union negotiations, tax planning and compliance, SEC reporting, investor relations and acquisition due diligence.As the treasurer of the trade group The International Teleproduction Society, Mr. Knepper developed and implemented the industry's first employee salary and capital expenditures survey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is chairman of the audit committee of the Board of Directors of Coffee Holding Company, a publicly traded corporation.
