Peer Boards
Monthly TAB Board Meetings provide you with hands-on interaction with passionate business leaders like you, who are dedicated to solving business challenges. TAB creates, manages, and facilitates advisory boards comprised of local business owners, presidents, and CEOs who run non-competing businesses. Each month members of your advisory board meet, facilitated by Barry Knepper, to share their business expertise and problem-solve each others’ challenges, confidentially within the board.

Private Coaching Sessions
Monthly private coaching sessions with your TAB-Certified Facilitator allow you to explore significant business or personal issues that complement or detract from your goals. Your coach will help solve particularly sensitive issues, and teach management and leadership techniques that can be immediately put into practice. During your executive coaching sessions, you’ll use a combination of our business tools, including TAB Business Vantage®, Strategic Business Leadership ®, TAB Hotline, and the member-only intranet to develop goals and stay on track to achieve the level of success and freedom you desire. Mr. Knepper’s personal extensive top-level business management experience allows him to further enhance the executive coaching sessions.
